Forgiveness & Release

A gentle path toward compassion, healing, and peace

  • Forgiveness isn't always about another person. Sometimes, it is about creating space within yourself for healing from what you have experienced. And sometimes, it is about letting go of judgements you have directed toward yourself.

  • You may be carrying anger, grief, disappointment, regret, resentment, or guilt. You don't have to rush to let any of it go.

  • Forgiveness cannot be forced, and it does not mean what happened was okay, that you have forgotten, or that you need to let someone back into your life.

You Are Allowed to Go Slowly

Healing isn't a straight line. You are allowed to remember, grieve, have boundaries, and take the time you need.

  • You do not have to forget in order to heal.

  • You do not have to excuse what happened.

  • You deserve the freedom to move toward peace.

If you're ready to explore forgiveness, self-compassion, or letting go, Reiki can offer a quiet, compassionate space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and begin—gently and in your own time.

Forgiveness Can Begin With Compassion

There is no timeline for forgiveness. You may not be ready today—and that's okay.

Healing might begin with acknowledging your pain, honoring your feelings, or offering yourself compassion. Sometimes the first person we need to forgive is ourselves.

You can remind yourself:

I honor what I have been through.
I give myself permission to heal in my own time.
I am willing to release what I am ready to release.
I choose to meet myself with compassion.

Reiki & Release

Reiki offers a quiet space to slow down, breathe, and turn inward. It can support a gentle practice of reflection, self-compassion, and release without requiring you to force an outcome.

You don't have to figure anything out. Simply notice what is present, breathe, and allow yourself to be where you are.

Over time, release may come quietly—a little less heaviness, a little more compassion, and a little more peace.
