A Foundation in Usui Reiki

Reiki schools differ in their teachings and approaches. Our training is rooted in Usui Reiki, a Japanese-origin practice developed by Mikao Usui. We honor that foundation while helping students develop a meaningful, practical relationship with Reiki. We guide students through a progressive learning experience, combining foundational teachings with discussion, guided practice and opportunities to develop confidence in their own Reiki practice.
